Kendra Johnson is the founder and owner of Be Insightful. Kendra started Be Insightful after completing a mediation training class with the purpose of resolving conflicts on a personal and professional level. Be Insightful service small businesses and nonprofit organizations, by offering HR Consulting and Mediations to resolve  current and ongoing disputes. Kendra’s areas of expertise include compliance, nonprofit human resources, mediation, manager training and employee relations.

Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University. She also completed Basic Mediation Training from Professional Services & Education in Dallas,Texas  Additional Kendra currently serves as a volunteer mediator with Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center and an Arbitrator on the FINRA roster.
